Biedermeier bagby ~Ira-she

We had a test at school where we had to design a bag inspired by a styleperiod (barock, gothic...), I chose Biedermeier (early-mid 19th century, central Europe) and sewed it. The cloth is from an old sitting cushion, the handles and the pearls (old necklace) I got from my grandmother and the ribbon I wove myself. Mom did show me how to sew on the handles... But I'm still very proud of it. I now filled it with paper (looks a little twisted on the pic) and it's on my floor among my cushions.
